Note: Patients with darker skin types (4+) may need a skin-lightening regimen before and during treatment.

Atrophic Scars

These scars are treated using Radio-Frequency Microneedling (RFMN):

• Ablative RFMN (better results, longer downtime) or Non-Ablative RFMN (shorter downtime, suitable for all skin types).
• Sessions: 3-6 treatments for optimal results.

Redness in Scar Base: 1064 Vascular Laser

• Targets redness caused by tiny capillaries within the scar.
• Reduces redness and improves scar visibility over time.

Bellafill & Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

For deeper scars, we use fillers like:

• Bellafill: Long-lasting correction for wrinkles and acne scars.
• Hyaluronic Acid Fillers: Add volume, reduce lines, and smooth out scars.
• Often combined with Subcision, where scars are released with a small needle to enhance filler effectiveness.

Downtime: Minimal.
Session Duration: A few minutes to an hour.

Other Treatments for Enhanced Results

• Microneedling: Boosts collagen through mechanical stimulation. Ideal for regular treatments (every 4-6 weeks for 8-12 sessions).
• Skin Peels: VI Peels or Salicylic Acid Peels, every 6 weeks, to complement other treatments.
