How it works?
Forever MedSpa uses Pico+Nano technology for doubly effective Laser Tattoo Removal. As per clinical and cosmetic research, the best way of shattering pigment and ink particles is to treat them with Nano and Picosecond laser pulses. This is exactly what we do at Forever MedSpa. Laser is one of the safest and low-risk methods of permanent tattoo removal. Because of these reasons, this technique is becoming increasingly popular as it is bloodless, non-invasive, and most effective in removing complex tattoos.
In the beginning of the procedure, Nanosecond pulses give short energy bursts that cause the larger pigment or ink particles deeper into the skin to break down. Then, the entire target area is scanned with Picosecond pulses that break the smaller and shallower particles. This combination helps in giving better results than using only a single technology. What to expect?
You first need to schedule a consultation with our trained professionals who will evaluate your tattoo and will guide you further on the process. The number of treatments required to remove the tattoo completely depend upon the age, size, and color(s) of the client’s tattoo. Not only this, the color of their skin along with the depth of the the tattoo pigment also affect the removal technique and consequent outcomes.
However there are a few things in general that you should expect during and after a laser tattoo removal session at Forever Medspa –
- We will give you a pair of protective eye shields.
- Our aestheticians will firstly test your skin’s reaction to the laser to determine which is the most effective energy for your treatment.
- Then they will then use the laser to shower pulses of light on the top layers of your skin which will be absorbed by the tattoo pigments only.
- We use premium laser technology that mitigates the risk of scarring or any unbearable pain.
Naturally, smaller tattoos will require fewer pulses as compared to the larger ones that will need more pulses to remove them. In both the cases, getting completely rid of a tattoo will take several treatments. You can notice your tattoo becoming progressively lighter after each session.

Please check this guide if you have any confusion.
When will I see results?
The number of treatments needed depend on the tattoo itself, the area of the body and the background skin color.
For the most accurate estimate of sessions, consult your practitioner for each tattoo. Location matters: The closer the tattoo is to the heart the better circulation, therefore better results. More colorful tattoos and greater surface area usually require more treatments.
Amateur tattoos are typically not as deep as professional ones, and are easier to remove. A treatment series can range from 2 sessions, up to 10 sessions, and are conducted 6-8 weeks apart.
What can I expect after treatment?
Immediately after treatment, you will see a whitish “frosting” over the tattoo. The skin will often swell in the area of the tattoo, accompanied by mild redness.
The frosting, swelling and redness will resolve in a matter of hours. The tattoo may crust or blister as the body repairs itself. This will resolve naturally. The tattoo will fade gradually in the following weeks as your body clears the ink.
Why PiQo4
Two cutting edge technologies are combined to clear more color in a faster treatment. This means better clearance, fewer sessions, and less ghosting than with other systems. So erase what you need to! Including the stubborn turquoise and yellow hues. Because who needs a shadow of their tattoo as a reminder.
The speed of the laser and better color clearance means this is the fastest road to a tattoo-free you!
What is the treatment like?
Your practitioner will provide guidelines for before and aftercare, as well as the approximate time of the laser removal session.
During your session, you will hear the laser fire as loud, audible popping sounds, then feel heat over the general area of the skin. The treated area will feel as if it were sunburned.
Is it right for me?
PiQo4 laser tattoo removal treatments are not suitable for everyone and carry some risks. Persons known to form skin keloids may be more prone to scarring after any skin trauma, including laser administration to the skin.
Persons with dark skin may be at increased risk of hypopig- mentation. Hypo and hyper-pigmentation are
a common risk of treatment. Be sure to consult with your treatment provider before choosing this treatment.
