Everything here is in effect at our East Rutherford clinic unless a date says otherwise. Prices are confirmed at your visit, and we are always one text away if you want to check your eligibility first.

All-Inclusive Tox Program

Choose a fixed-price plan for your selected brand and treatment areas, with a generous included unit allowance. In our clinic’s experience, the included units cover about 99 of 100 clients’ full treatment — and if you’re the rare exception, extra units are simply charged at the listed rate, never a surprise. Every plan includes a complimentary follow-up within three weeks — if a touch-up is needed within your included units, it’s covered. If you need units beyond that allowance, the additional-unit rate is listed below.

What counts as an area?

The three standard areas are forehead, frown lines (the “11s”) and crow’s feet. A fourth area is a small treatment such as lip lines, bunny lines, nasal flare, downturned mouth corners or chin dimpling. Masseter and platysma treatments have separate plans. Your provider confirms the treatment fit and scope before treatment.

Additional units are charged only if needed beyond the allowance. Groupon packages have their own allowances and terms; they are not represented by the standard plan limits below.

Questions about the program

Is the follow-up included?

Yes. Your plan includes a follow-up within three weeks to assess your response and make adjustments within the included allowance. Units beyond the allowance have the listed extra-unit charge.

Can I choose my brand?

Yes. We offer Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Letybo and Daxxify. Dr. Keswani can help you choose based on your goals, treatment history and the plan’s value.

Is masseter treatment part of the three-area plan?

No. Masseter and platysma treatments have their own plans, shown in the table.

Can I use rewards?

Eligible manufacturer rewards may apply. Text us to check your brand, membership and offer terms before assuming a rebate or combined discount.

Rewards and first-time savings on the program

Xeomin or Letybo — a $50 Merz rebate is applied instantly to your payment on the 2-, 3- and 4-area, masseter and platysma plans (it does not apply to the 1-area plan).
Daxxify — 10% off any Daxxify plan the first time you have Daxxify with us.
Botox earns Allē points and Dysport earns ASPIRE points; manufacturer rebates apply when available (see below).

These are ongoing clinic packages and combination prices — packages are paid in a single payment at the start — and they can change without notice. We confirm the current terms before you purchase.

Laser hair removal — 6 sessions paid in one payment: 25% off. Treating several areas in the same session saves the most: the largest area is full price and every additional area that day is half price (two areas of the same size: the second one is half price).
Microneedling — pack of 3 or more sessions, one payment: 25% off.
Morpheus8 — pack of 3 or more sessions, one payment: 20% off.
miraDry — first session $1,710 (10% off the regular $1,900).
Geneo RF — pack of 6 sessions for $600, one payment.
Votiva — 3 treatments for $1,200 or 4 treatments for $1,600, one payment.
BodyTone — 6 sessions for $900, one payment.
Filler + tox combination — 1 syringe of Juvéderm Voluma with 15 units of Botox (or 45 units of Dysport): $675; 1 syringe of Restylane Lyft with 15 units of Botox: $575.
VI Peel (face) — pack of 3 for $540 (20% off); VI Specialty Peel pack of 3 for $660, one payment.

Manufacturer offers and rewards

Allē for eligible Botox and Juvéderm treatments, ASPIRE for eligible Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra treatments, and Merz Xperience+ for eligible Xeomin treatments may offer rewards. Membership, treatment and redemption rules apply; rewards are not guaranteed and do not apply across every brand.

Allē — $65 off Botox for clients new to Allē and/or Botox (no Botox treatment logged in Allē). October 1 – November 12, 2026. The coupon expires 90 days after it lands in your Allē wallet.
Allē — $75 off Juvéderm fillers for clients new to Allē and/or Juvéderm (no Juvéderm treatment logged in Allē). October 1 – November 12, 2026. The coupon expires 90 days after it lands in your Allē wallet.
ASPIRE — $50 off Dysport on the first qualifying Dysport treatment for new ASPIRE members who join October 1 – December 31, 2026. The coupon expires 60 days after it is issued.
ASPIRE — $20 off Restylane fillers and $20 off Sculptra on the first qualifying treatment for new ASPIRE members who join October 1 – December 31, 2026. The coupon expires 60 days after it is issued.
Upcoming — Dysport Doubleheader, November 2–7, 2026: ASPIRE members who redeem points on a Dysport treatment that week get double reward value (for example, 200 points = $40 instead of $20). One per client; points are redeemed in office.

Groupon eligibility

We run Groupon deals on a number of treatments, and the same eligibility rules always apply:

New clients (never been to Forever Medspa before): eligible for all Groupon deals.
Returning clients whose last visit was 12+ months ago: eligible for all Groupon deals except the Botox and Xeomin deals.
Clients seen within the last 12 months: not eligible — even if you have never used a Groupon, or want it for a different treatment.
One Groupon per client — never two at the same visit and never combined; a second Groupon only once you are eligible again (12+ months with no paid treatment).
Screenshots of your voucher are honored in clinic. If you turn out to be ineligible, the amount you paid can be used toward other services.

Treatments currently offered on Groupon: Botox and Xeomin (2 areas, 3 areas or masseter, with unit limits and a complimentary 3-week follow-up if fewer units were used), Sculptra for the buttocks, laser hair removal, Lutronic Ultra, fractional CO2, YAG + VI Peel combo, microneedling, Morpheus8 (alone or with Lutronic Ultra), miraDry, Contoura, Votiva, VI Peel (face), PDO thread lift and BodyTone. Groupon units and sessions follow the deal’s own limits, not the All-Inclusive program table.

We work with Cherry, PatientFi (Privi) and CareCredit so you can pay for treatment over time. Ask us about the options before booking — availability, approval and terms are determined by each provider.
